About the place

Hello!
I am looking for a flatmate from June! My current flatie is going back to Germany. Therefore one big bedroom will be free. The room is around 20m2 and has lots of afternoon sun. There is a built in wardrobe. He wants to sell his bed and mattress. Let me know if you are interested, or if you have already some furniture.

The apartment is in total is 85m2 with lots of light. As you can see there is separate toilet and bathroom. A quite large living room with a view on the Amstelcanal. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, big fridge, freezer etc. From the kitchen there is entrance to the balcony that outlooks at the inner garden. In the winter the apartment is also really nice warm and cozy, which is a rare thing in Amsterdam I feel :)

- non smoker
- full time professional 
- no couples 
- no students 

I am looking for a respectful, clean and mature person to live with. I live in a really nice neighborhood, where parties are not welcome, as we respect each other and the quietness of the community. 
I like to spend some time together, however I do like my own time as well to recharge social batteries. I am into healthy lifestyle, practice a lot of yoga and travel a lot as well when I can. 

The rent is 1200e per month. The deposit is 2k. Registration is possible.
