About the place

For a working student: nice furnished studio available near the NDSM artistic area, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Im renting out the entire basement floor with two rooms, private entrance, private kitchen, sleepingroom and private toilet. The kitchen is narrow but simply equipped. There is a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator (no freezer) cutlery, plates, etc. The studio is suitable just for one person, not for twoo. The bathroom is shared.
Registration is possible. Contract extension also possible. 
Free parking until 17-11-2025. Than paid parking: €1.70 per hour, Monday to Saturday, or visitor permit €200 per half year.

Supermarket Plus is a 7-minute walk, and a shopping center with an AH supermarket is 7 minutes by bike
