About the place

I’m renting out a spacious basement (souterrain) in Amsterdam Noord, close to the NDSM area with many cafés and restaurants. The house is easily accessible via a free ferry from Central Station.

The basement has two rooms, a toilet, and a private entrance. Only bathroom is shared.
One room is a bedroom with a double bed, the other is a kitchen. Both are simply but practically furnished.
The kitchen includes all essentials: a small fridge (no freezer), induction hob, pans, kettle, plates, cutlery, etc.
Important: The ceiling height is only 195 cm, so if you're tall, this might not be comfortable for you.

Registration is possible. Contract extension is also possible.
