🏠 The House 
The location is next the Amstel riverside, right next to Crocodile Beach – ideal for morning runs, sunset walks, and relaxed canal views. The apartment is full of natural sunlight all day, with large windows overlooking the water.
We’re just minutes away from Amstel station, with quick access to train, metro and trams. Super well connected, yet peaceful.
The apartment has:
•	2 bedrooms (just you and me)
•	Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom
•	Modern space, clean and minimal
•	Ready to be decorated together – I'm happy to invest and co-furnish for a more cozy touch 🌿
🛏️ Important Note on the Bedroom:
The bedroom doesn’t currently have a door – we are not allowed to drill the walls, and the current housemate uses a curtain (which worked fine for him). I know this may raise questions, and we can chat openly about it in person. There are shared rules to keep it comfortable and private, and I'm open to exploring better solutions together.

-	After July 9th – if we’re a great match and you need to move in urgently, we can arrange a temporary setup in our third room until your room is ready.
-	The main room becomes fully available on August 1st, when my current flatmate officially moves out.
