Visiting is possible and directly available  

Furnished room available directly for  4 weeks maximum! 
a bed with pillow and blanket and 1 chair and curtains for windows
 
Situated in the river district opposite the rai and in a quiet family friendly environment.

Important!
We are looking for a tenant who is quiet, calm, a neat person and focused on their future with work or study. . You clean up your mess and leave toilet and bathroom clean after use.
The atmosphere in the house is quiet and we want to keep it that way.Therefore, loud music, loud phone calls, frequent walking in and out of the house is not desired. 
There is no obligation to eat together, everyone is completely on their own. Do not feel obligated to have social interactions. 
Room is for 1 person only. People staying overnight such as, one night stands, friends, girlfriends, family members is not allowed.
If you have an active social life, go out during the week and like to party on weekends, this is not the place for you.

On the hallway is a fridge/freezer  shared with 1 person.
There is no seperate kitchen.
