	•	Comes with a private shower and toilet – you’ll only share the kitchen and living room.
	•	Rent is €1350 + €132 for utilities (gas, water, electricity).

	•	Conveniently located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and Oosterpark all within walking distance.

About the Flatmate:
You’ll share the apartment with a 29-year-old male who is clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.
