About the place

My roommate and I are looking for a housemate for the month of January 2025. The room is located on Rustenburgerstraat, a 4-minute walk from the Noord/Zuidlijn metro and 'The Pijp' tram stop. This is a quiet street in the heart of De Pijp. The room is semi-furnished and situated on the ground floor, which makes moving in and out very convenient.

We are two 26-year-old women, both graduates and currently working. The rent for the room is €790. If desired, it’s also possible to rent the entire apartment in consultation, though the rent will be higher in that case.
