Temporary room for rent: available immediately / from January ✨

Hi room seekers!

Due to a last-minute cancellation, my room is available immediately (or from January) for a period of 2 months, until March 1st. Since I’ve already moved out, I’m offering the room at a reduced rate of €700 all-in.

You’ll get a spacious, bright room with a lovely balcony — a nice extra even in winter!
You’ll be living with two women aged 27 and 29, both working and living their own lives. We don’t usually eat together, but a spontaneous chat in the kitchen is definitely appreciated.

Because I no longer live nearby, I’m looking for someone who is seriously interested and has carefully considered whether the period and conditions suit her. That way we can arrange everything quickly and smoothly when you come by.
