We have a room (approx. 12 m2) available in Amsterdam Zuid Oost (postal code 1107 area). Although the house is next to a park and farmland its only 15 minutes by metro to Amsterdam Central Station. The rent is €700 (All-in). You’ll be living with 2 other tenants and share the common areas (bathroom, toilets (2), kitchen, etc).



• The room is available as of 8 Januari 2026 (Campus-contract).

• All bills and taxes are included.

• We are looking for a student preferably between 18 and 28 years old

• The bedroom has a bed, a wardrobe, desk and chair.

• Deposit equal to 1 month rent

• All furniture and appliances included (i.e. washing machine, fridge, etc.).

• WIFI and wired internet available
