About the place

The room is available for one person, ready for move-in on November 1st. The rental term is initially set for 6 months, with the possibility of extending if things work out well.

Rent is €1385/month, excluding utilities, for the bedroom (only 1 bedroom is currently available).

Important: While the photos show the apartment unfurnished, the shared areas will be fully furnished. The living room will have a couch, dining table, chairs, and more. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. You’ll just need to furnish your own room.

About me: I’m in my mid-twenties, easygoing and social, and work full-time.
