Woman: 30–43 years old
Full-time occupation (work, internship, or study + work)
Requirement: Someone who works outside the home at least 4 days a week (for fair distribution of gas/water/electricity costs)
Non-smoker is mandatory
Location: Amsterdam West, Erasmuspark/Baarsjes
What: Furnished room
You will share the bathroom/kitchen/hall/toilet/balcony. We do not share a living room.

This is a calm household, so we are looking for someone who appreciates this and respects it.

If you are looking for a lodger arrangement where you would not be staying on Fridays and Saturdays, as you only need the room for work purposes. I am happy to discuss the rent in light of the reduced usage.
