About the place

Looking for a subtenant for my room in a spacious and comfortable apartment located in the heart of De Pijp. The exact dates are flexible and open for discussion (approximately from late February / early March until the end of April).

The apartment is around 105 m² and shared with two roommates. You will have a furnished room (the bed will remain) and enjoy a high level of comfort in the apartment. The kitchen and living room are shared, but you have your own private bathroom and private toilet, both en suite to the bedroom. In addition, there is a separate storage unit (not included in the 105 m²) where you can store personal belongings.

The apartment is located in a prime location in De Pijp. The neighborhood is lively, but the apartment itself is quiet and pleasant to live in.

The sublet is temporary and intended for someone who is tidy and treats the apartment responsibly. Almost everything is negotiable, including the exact dates and further arrangements.
