I am renting out 1 fully furnished room with wifi, linen and all basic kitchen/bathroom facilities with a 3 month rental contract that offers the tenant the opportunity to find a longer term accommodation in Amsterdam.

The rest of the 3-room apartment, such as kitchen with all basic facilities, bathroom with washing machine, toilet is shared with 1 gentleman 50 years freelance mediator advisor and a full-time working or studying new tenant. The room is located in a nice area of ​​Amsterdam west and has a balcony.
