About the place

A room is available for rent in a great location, just a short walk from Muiderpoort Station, as well as nearby bus and tram stops. Dappermarkt is 5 minutes away on foot, Oost shopping center is also 5 minutes away, and Javastraat is just a 2-minute walk. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Amsterdam Oost.

Please note: This room is available for women only. Three women will share an apartment of 77 m². The current housemates are Alessandra (24) and Shari (25); both are very social, respectful, and contribute to a pleasant living environment.

To maintain peace and safety in the home, overnight guests are not allowed, even in your own room. This is a mutual agreement between all housemates.

Rental terms:
	•	Minimum rental period: 1 year or longer
	•	Monthly rent: €1250 (all-inclusive)
	•	Deposit: €2500
	•	Rent must be paid in advance each month
	•	Address registration is possible; a one-time fee of €750 applies

Important note:
No payments will be requested from you until you have received a signed rental agreement, proof of address registration, and a copy of my ID. Please do not trust anyone who asks for money before providing these documents.
