About the place

From November 1st, a room will become available, and I am therefore looking for a new tenant. It is a room for one person, and you can also use the living room, terrace, kitchen, and bathroom. I am looking for someone who works and is independent.

I am usually not home in the evenings but do work from home. I have a cat, so I am looking for someone who enjoys being around a cat and can sometimes take care of it. I am looking for a tidy person who is responsible with the house.

Friends are welcome to visit and stay overnight for a maximum of 2 nights per week. It is and remains a single-person room.
