- Professional cleaning: rent is inclusive of professional cleaning that takes place once a week

- Utilities: inclusive of all utilities i.e. electricity and water, as well as high speed internet, smart lighting, and a printer in the living room

- Deposit: one month standard deposit

- Registration: yes it is possible for long stays longer than 12 months

👨‍💼Your Roomate: a 31-year-old Amsterdam native. He works full-time as a primary school teacher and is also active as a voice actor for commercials and occasional TV and radio spots. He describes himself as tidy, social, and respectful of others' space. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, traveling, visiting museums, and going out.
