The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave/oven and kitchen articles including pans, plates and glasses.
There are washing machine and dryer.

The price: 725 euros/month including: gas/water/electricity and internet .
The deposit: 750 euro
With address registration in the City Hall.

The requirements to rent the room:
- you are working / studying / doing internship or combination thereof.
- you can show your working contract (income) or receive financial support.
- preferably work/study not from home during the day.
