About the place

Hi, my name is Gui and I am subletting my apartment for the full month of May with possible extension to the 10th of June.

We are looking for two subletters for the month of May, with potential extension to June 10th.
Two bedrooms in a large shared apartment with a lovely garden/outdoor area and very central yet relaxed location (Jodenbuurt).
1400 per person incl utilities and cleaner.
This price has been dropped since we are seeking two subletters on relatively short notice. Unfortunately registration is not available.


The ground floor apartment is located in Waterlooplein/Lastage, has 100sqm and a >70sqm garden. The apartment has two bedrooms, a master one that faces the garden and a second slightly smaller that faces the street.

Besides the two bedrooms, there's a spacious living room, a kitchen, a huge garden/terrace, and the hallway that leads to the two rooms and toilet+bathroom.

It is fully furnished - the kitchen is fully serviced (includes oven and dishwasher) and the same goes for the living room and toilet. WiFi is included. The house is also equipped with a laundry and drying machine. We have a cleaning lady, Amy, that comes every Wednesday to clean the house, and that's included in the monthly rent already as well.
