About the place

Looking for someone to replace me in my current flat.

Ideal tenant: 25–30 y/o working young professional that is neat, easy-going and organised. The flat is shared with my awesome housemate (Male, 28).

Important:

Gross income requirement of €50k (set by the landlord, no exceptions).

No students. No smokers. No pets.

Deposit is €2500.

The flat was recently renovated (2022) and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the bathroom in the advertised room being en suite (private).

The living area and kitchen are on a spacious second level. The desk area is reserved for whoever will replace me, in order to ensure a comfortable work from home space. The flat has a great view of the canal and is in a charming residential area just above Plantage. 

The contract is type A (indefinite).

Registration is possible.

The room includes existing furniture (such as the bed), which I'm happy to sell to the new tenant at a fair price. I'd also ideally like to offer additional furniture at a fair price, making it easy to settle in comfortably or customize the space to your liking.
