Newly remodel two-floor 125 m2 flat that is DIRECTLY on the canal. Only 5 minute bike ride to the Centraal Station and 5 minute walk to the metro. This quite location is stunning from the inside and out.  

Air Conditioning is available in the main living areas (not the bedroom itself). The toilette is shared however there are two toilets so you’ll have it to yourself most of the time.

Looking for a working student or professional. Preferably somoene VERY clean and tidy.  A professional cleaner is here 2 times per month and will do the main cleaning.

There is also a boat! Yes you’ll have access to the boat after you pay a  separate boat security deposit. 

This place is a very unique setup for Amsterdam.  Proof of employment and two personal references are required.  Current rental term ends January of 2024 but may be extended.
