The houseboat has 4 rooms that are rented to young adults between 22 and 35. The houseboat is essentially split so that a kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet are only shared with 1 other tenant. The other room has been rented to a gentleman in his 30ties
Washing machine and dryer and the large terrace above the water are shared by the 4 residents together.
Rent includes furniture, internet, TV, gas. Water, electricity, local taxes and cleaning once every 2 weeks.
Income requirement is 2.5 times the basic rent of 763 euros.

The total rent is 1013 euros including GWE and service costs and local taxes. Is rented on the basis of a legal contract required for registration at this address with the municipality of Amsterdam. Registration with the municipality is mandatory!

Location is Van der Pek Buurt in Amsterdam North, close to the ferry to Amsterdam Central Station, Eye museum and A'DAM Lookout Tower.
