About the place

We have the top floor of our house available end of April through to September in Osdorp/Nieuwe West. The duration can be extended for longer term if there is a good fit.

The location is just a few minutes walk from Tram 1, Bus 369 and 5mins bike to Osdorpplein and all the supermarkets you would ever need.

The room is modestly furnished with a bed frame, mattress and desk. The apartment gets all day sun, has a large living room with a little outdoor area, newly renovated kitchen, main bathroom and extra toilet. There is extra storage if needed.

Rent is 1075€ all inclusive and 500€ refundable deposit. You will be sharing my home with myself, my partner and our little dog. We are in our late 30’s. I work from home most of the week. 

We’re looking for someone who is chill, tidy and will treat the place like a home as we do. This place is unsuitable for couples and preference is for someone who doesn’t work from home.
