Room for rent at De Prinsengracht,

Looking for a roommate on the Prinsengracht
From June 1, 2020 I am renting an unfurnished room of 16m2 on the Prinsengracht. It's a really great location. The room is bright with a fantastic view and has two large windows that you can open, see photos. I only rent the room to one person, preferably a woman between 30 and 50 years old. In addition, there is shared use of bathroom and kitchen, which you share with a female roommate. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet and the kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. You also have access to a roof terrace with a beautiful panorama / view of Amsterdam city center. The room is 5 minutes away from the nine streets and the museums. Total rent is 750 euros incl. Registration in Amsterdam is possible and I do ask for a deposit equivalent to a months rent.

What am I looking for ..
A neat, serious, well-groomed female co-tenant, between 30 and 50 years old. Someone who does not smoke and does not use drugs. Preferably HBO-educated, in possession of a valid passport and payslip from your current employer. You are spontaneous, cheerful, clean and you feel responsible. Would be nice if you come from the creative sector, but that is certainly not a must ..

Who am I.
I am Marloes, 44 years old and working as a visual arts teacher and illustrator. I also like film, yoga, cooking and eating out. I am a calm, reliable and cheerful person.

If you are interested then I will send you the booking request link to pay online after which you sign a lease.
Then pay security deposit.

The rent cost is;
First month rent + security deposit (depending on your duration.i.e the longer your period of stay the higher the caution.
NB:-Security deposit is paid one week prior to arrival date and paid after signing contract lease.
