About the place

hello, I am Shivani 35 years old. I work as a software Engineer and I love to dance. I am looking for a roommate/housemate now(you will share the apartment with me and will get the private room). 
- it's next to Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat, pharmacy store and some Turkish stores as well as restaurants
- right next to Rembrandt park
- bus stop is just in front of the apartment building and direct bus to central
- metro station is just 2 minutes walk
-13mins bike to Leidseplain
- Lelylaan station is 8-10mins walk where you can get Trains, metro, tram etc.

I am looking for a roommate who is:
- Vegetarian or vegan
- non smoker
- keeps the place clean

NOTE: I have mentioned the room availability for 1 year but it is totally possible to extend it after 1 year.
