This is a separate room with a shared kitchen and bathroom, on the ground floor, right next to the canal, and the campus is right outside. Address registration is not allowed. Very close to major city attractions, all within walking distance.

Rental fee: €950 per month, including utilities (water, electricity, internet).

Priority given to those renting the entire apartment, especially students.
