About the place

🏢 Our apartment has a free room starting from December 1st! It is a lovely place a few minutes walking from tram line 1, and 15 minutes walking from tram line 17. At a few minutes walking distance, there is an Albert Heijn and Etos. With a 15 minute walk, you will be in Osdorpplein, with restaurants, and more options for supermarkets such as Jumbo, Dirk, Lidl. 

📍Located in Osdorp, the room comes with the furniture that you can see in pictures below for a price of €50. As a new tenant in our home, you are able to do what you wish with it if you do not want to keep it, and you can paint the walls in your room as you wish. The rent price is €660, with utilities included (gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).

✨ We are looking to create an all-women space, so we have a strong preference for women candidates, either working or studying, or both. We are looking for someone who can maintain a clean, friendly space, where we can all respect each other’s privacy.
