Rental price for the full five weeks is 2200 Euros, inclusive of electricity, water, gas, internet. 

1 room available in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment from 14 December 2024 to 19 January 2025 while we're home in South Africa.  The apartment is cozy, light and has lots of greenery. It comes fully furnished. Bedroom looks out onto an awesome deck and has a really big bathroom that feels like its en suite. 

It's in a great location in Amsterdam Zuid - 3 mins cycle from both Rembrandt and Vondel Park and a 10 min cycle to Amsterdamsebos. 15 - 20 min cycle to the city centre. 12 min cycle to Amsterdam Zuid station and right on a tram line (no 2).

Friendly, warm flatmate, but she will only be here for a few nights in the week (and will be away over christmas for 6 days) so you mostly have the place to yourself. 

Looking for a friendly, chilled person who needs a temporary home over December/Jan and who isn't going to throw big parties, although having friends over is of course fine ;) Internationals welcome!
