Comfortable, modern house in Zuid centre near Parnassusweg. Close to financial district and Zuid station (5 mins walk). You will be having a 9.2m2 room in a shared house with me. The room is upholstered with the shared space fairly furnished. I'm an open-minded, young, career-driven individual and have lived in 3 countries so far in my early 20s. The shared facilities come with a television and a Playstation 5 owned by me which I'm happy to share. Ideal tenant should be working or a working-student as long as there is proof of income (this is not very high). Looking forward to meeting you!
