About the place
I’m looking for a new roommate to move in with me from January 2026, potentially also already a few days earlier. The ideal roommate is 25+ and working, already has an established life in Amsterdam. I work 40h a week myself, so I’m looking for someone who’s in a similar situation and understands basic house rules. The room is about 12m2 and the apartment is located in Oud-West, right next to Vondelpark. Rent is €1.183,19 excl. + €2.5k deposit. Additional monthly costs are about 35 EUR and once a year there would be waste disposal tax and water assessment tax, which we would obviously share. I know this is a lot of money; I don’t own the apartment, I don’t make the rules. The room is with registration and unfurnished. No pets (sorry!)
