We are looking for 1 new roommate to share a spacious and sunny apartment in Oude West, Amsterdam, just a 3-minute walk to Vondelpark. The apartment is fully furnished, with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, and great amenities nearby (supermarkets, top-tier gym downstairs, tram 1 & 17, bus 15).

Available Room:

Approx. 10–11 m²

Single bed, wardrobe, desk, personal washbasin, balcony, and a small planter for flowers/vegetables

Shared laundry (washing machine in another bedroom, coordination required)

Move-in: September 1st 2025 

Rent & Utilities:

Rent: €890/month
Utilities: €60/month (water, electricity, internet, heating)
Total: €950/month (deposit: 2 months, first month in advance)

Initial lease: 2 months, renewable for long-term if everyone gets along

Ideal Roommate:
Gender any
Outgoing, polite, sociable, and easy to communicate with
No smoking, excessive drinking, or hard drugs
Stable income preferred
Willing to participate in weekly cleaning rotation
