I’m looking for a clean, friendly and responsible male roommate (24-30) to share a bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam.

About the apartment:

- Large living room with open kitchen

- Sunny terrace

- Bathroom + separate toilet

- Fully furnished and well maintained

- Quiet and pleasant residential area. Slotervaart, Niew-West.

- Good public transport connections

About you:

- Working professional or working student

- Stable income and contract (required for landlord approval)

- Age 24-30

- Clean, respectful and easygoing

- Speaks English and/or Spanish

- No smoking inside, no pets

Practical details:

- Available from March 5th or 9th. 

- Rent: €1,100/month (excl. utilities)

- Contract until March 2027 with likelihood of extension

- One-time €500 screening fee required by the agency for tenant approval

- Registration possible
