ROOM AVAILABLE IN AMSTERDAM Center/OOST

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a roommate for a spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment. I am looking for a young individual currently studying, doing an internship or working in Amsterdam around the ages of 24-32.
Someone respectful, fun, and easy to get along with.
I work fulltime in banking industry, mostly from home. Outside of that I enjoy running, gym, bouldering, BJJ, cooking.

Apartment is 80m2
2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 storage room, large balcony and shared kitchen and living room.

period: from 6th of October (can move your things beforehand, even in September)
Currently the rent is €1040 exclusive, utilities around €140-160
Registration possible
Located in Amsterdam Oost (near Brouwerij 't IJ, Artis Zoo, Nemo Museum, Marineterrein )

The room will be semi furnished (standing desk will not stay).
For the common area we have to purchase a washing machine - so expect a small expense for that.
And the current tenant require a takeover fee for some of the furniture bought for the common area and the room.
