About the place

Due to a cancellation, a room is available in Oostenburgermiddenstraat in the East of Amsterdam. The apartment has been built in 2022 so it has the most recent amenities, an A+ energy label (with floor heating and floor cooling), large shared spaces and a large balcony. 

Available 1st of July but you can move a few days earlier

The requirements are the following:

- you need to earn at least 35000/year (income requirements from the agency)
- you need to take over some of the furniture (closet, chest of drawers, bed without mattress)
- you need to have a permanent contract 
- you need to have your paperwork ready since I will take a decision very fast


Looking for a calm, tidy, clean person. The gender is not as important as long as we click and the communication is good. 

Who am I? A 30 year old professional working for a coffee roastery in Amsterdam Noord. Queer friendly, pet friendly and 420 friendly. I like going out every now and then but at home I like to keep a peaceful environment so no party at home people, sorry! I like boardgames, plants (As you can see in most pictures) and baking.
