Hi there! :)

We are 2 expat girls (working professionals, in our late 20s-early 30s) looking for a 3rd girl flatmate in our modern and spacious female-only apartment in Nieuw-West Amsterdam, as of 1st August.

The flat is very well located (next to Osdorp, Sloterplas) and connected: 
-	groceries, governmental office, shopping mall, gym, etc. all walking distance (approx. 10 minutes)
-	multiple tram and bus lines (bus 369, 61, trams lines 1 and 17) that connect you to the center directly and to other parts of Amsterdam/surrounding areas

The area is very residential, quiet, safe and family oriented. We are looking for someone with a reserved lifestyle (just like ours), we prefer no house parties, cleanliness in the common areas, and respect for each other’s lifestyles.

About the flat (common areas include):
-	equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, etc.) and dining area
-	1 bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub
-	1 extra separate toilet
-	2 storage rooms
-	1 extra storage room in the basement

About the room:
-	approx. 20 m2
-	semi-furnished: bed, mattress, curtains, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe are included
-	monthly rent: total of 780 EUR, including all utilities and internet
-	Only extra cost/month is the monthly rental of the washing machine, which is 6 EUR/person/month
