About the place

Starting in February, a room (approximately 16 m²) will be available for a housemate (M) in an apartment on Omval.

The apartment (110 m²) features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a shared, spacious living room with a kitchen, utility room, sunny balcony overlooking the Amstel River, and a separate storage room. The bedroom is unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is.

Amstel Station is literally around the corner, and the ring road is just a 5-minute drive away. The rent is €1,190 (including VAT) per person per month. Additional cleaning costs are €45 per person per month.

You will share the apartment solely with me, a 39-year-old who works full-time here in Amsterdam. There will be an initial one-year trial period.
