About the place

A room (+ - 16 m2) will become available for a housemate (M) in an apartment on Omval from 1st of February or 1st of March.

The total apartment (110m2) has two bedrooms, each with its OWN bathroom and a shared, spacious living room with a kitchen, utility room, sunny balcony with a view of the Amstel and separate storage room. The bedroom is not furnished, the rest of the apartment is.

Amstel station is literally around the corner and within 5 minutes you are on the ring by car. Rent is 1190 incl. per person per month. Additional housekeeping costs is 45 euro pp per month.

You only share the apartment with me, a 39 y/o working as  a full-time job here in Amsterdam.
