Fully furnished 14 m² room available in a stylish and recently renovated 80 m² apartment in Amsterdam Noord. Located just a 10-minute walk from Metro 52 and only 5 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. Boven ’t Y shopping center, supermarkets, MediaMarkt, and parks are all within walking distance.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The living room is private and not part of the shared spaces.

A little about me: I’m 38 years old and work as an interior designer. I enjoy sports, cooking, and playing guitar.

I’m looking for one tidy and respectful flatmate with a stable income. A maximum of two days per week working from home is preferred. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, and no frequent guests or daily dates. LGBT-friendly.
