Fully renovated house, everything is new! The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances: induction hob, combi oven, air fryer, and coffee machine. Everything is brand new; only the living room needs to be furnished by the tenant.

The location is excellent! Just 1 minute from the largest shopping center and park, and only 800 meters to the metro station.

I am 36, a naturalized Dutch citizen, the owner of the house, and I work as an interior designer. I am looking for a friendly housemate who is LGBTQ+ friendly. Hygiene and positive energy are important to create a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere together.
