About the place

Our housemate is moving out, and we're looking for someone new (male or female) to take over her 7m² room in our shared apartment on Nieuwe Looiersstraat. You’ll be living with Aaron, Matylda, and Zeke—a mix of working professionals.

📍  Central location: Close to the Heineken Experience, Vijzelgracht metro station, 2 Albert Heijns, and an Aldi. Everything is within walking or biking distance!

🛋 Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

💰 Rent: €832.62/month (all utilities + biweekly cleaning included).
🔐 Deposit: €1,375.
