The room is ca 12m2 and is 730 inclusive. Deposit 1000 (can be paid in 2 times) which you get back in full when you leave. No commission cost or extra fees.

You will be sharing with 4 others in the age of 21-38 who are working and studying. It are 2 women and 2 men and they are looking for a nice 5th person preferably in the same situation.
Everyone got their private room and there is a shared livingroom with kitchen in it of 20m2. Next to that a big terrace of 25m2. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. The apartment has a fullservice co-living concept.

The fullservice price contains: gas, water, electrics, wifi, all government tax also the ones you get on your own name, weekly cleaning including cleaning products, full furnishing.

Fullservice co-living concept contains: neat rooms, full furnishing of the room and common areas, neat kitchen fully equipped, neat bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, weekly cleaning, a livingkitchen and a terrace on the south side so always sunny when the sun shines. Located in a central location in city district New West of Amsterdam.

Each room has a neat floor, neat walls, a big window with lots of light, heating with thermostat tap to regulate heating in own room, curtains/blinds and is fully furnished with new furnishing. You can walk in 2 minutes to shops such as Aldi and you can walk in 5 minutes to Osdorpplein shopping centre with a big variety of shops such as Albert Heijn XL, Dirk van der Broek, Etos, TK Maxx etc.. The tram 17 and tram 1 are close by to reach the city center in about 20 mins! If you want to go by bike it is depending on where you need to be in the centre within half an hour.
