About the place

Hi! I’m David, 25, and a Psychology student at the University of Amsterdam. I’m looking for another student to share an apartment with on Nassaukade, 1 min from Jordaan. The apartment has a spacious living room and two bedrooms—one for me and one for you.

Your room is 6m² (quite small, I know), but the large living room makes up for it. The flat is fully furnished: the living room has a dining table, chairs, and a couch, while your bedroom comes with a large bed, closet, and drawers. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer. 
You’ll be able to register at this address, of course.

The total rent is €2500, so your share will be €1250. Since I covered the agent fee to secure the apartment, I’ll be taking the larger bedroom.

The current owners are still living there, so I can’t arrange an in-person viewing just yet, but I can share a video if you’re interested.
