About the place

Beautifully furnished room with everything you need near Vondelpark. The room is charming, cozy, and spacious, featuring a private desk and a large closet with a double bed. Linens and blankets are included. This is currently a B&B and can be rented temporarily or longer if everything goes well.
(The room must be used in its current condition.)

The apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, everything for the kitchen, and two separate closets and sinks in the shower.

Important:
I sometimes have to film a comedy show in the living room for a platform I work on. I have scheduled recording days for this in the evenings after midnight. I have two children, and my son or daughter can sometimes visit. They are 9 and 1 year old. They never stay overnight, but sometimes it works out for them due to work. My children live with their mother and stay with me at my other home in Alkmaar.

Important to know:
I'm quite serious about my businesses to avoid being stuck in a 9-5 job, and I'm in my final year before selling the apartment or moving on with a roommate and running a B&B.

The room is available because I'll be traveling more often and I don't want the apartment to be empty when I'm away.

You are entrepreneurial, independent, and sociable. You're working or studying, and preferably have ambition or a goal you're working towards.

I live with my wife and children in another house, but I do sleep/work in the apartment.
