About the place

Room in a beautiful old apartment with high ceilings in De Pijp. The room is 25m² and consists of a living room, a small French balcony, and a small bedroom. The living room is separated by a thick curtain, and the small bedroom (or study) has a door. The bedroom has two built-in wardrobes. The living room includes a blue velvet sofa and optionally a table/desk.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances (refrigerator, washing machine).

It is a quiet household with silence rules set by the homeowners’ association (VvE). WiFi, gas, water, and electricity are included. Taxes are an additional 30 euro's.

You will share the apartment with me: 38 years old, female, calm and approachable. I work as a care professional, and I write and read a lot. Due to a hip operation, I will not be working for a few months and will be focusing on rehabilitation. For this reason, I am making the front part of my home available to someone looking for a pleasant and quiet temporary place.

Home exchange for an indefinite period is possible for people from Haarlem or Utrecht.
