Hi everyone I am looking for a long term roommate to share. I am 27 years old and working as a software engineer. You can stay as long as you want, that's not temporary and apartment is in a quite good location.
5 mins walk to Noord metro station. You are in the center in 15 mins.
Room is 9m2.
Price is 2150 and utilities are 146.
Since that's the small room, you can pay a little less for the rent, approximately 1000-1030. Deposit is 1750.
There is a garage.
You can buy the double bed and other items from the previous tenant.
