About the place

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

AVAILABLE 4.11- 18.12 (MAXIMUM 6 WEEKS, EXTENSION POSSIBLE UP TO FEBRUARY 2025)

Me and my fiance are looking for someone to sublet a room in an apartment we live in Nieuwmarkt. The room is TINY and also has a non-functioning laundry machine in it (there's a laundromat downstairs that do same day pickup) therefore it is not suitable for longer rental periods but suits someone looking for a permanent place to stay. The apartment is located in the red light district, on the third floor so naturally there is some noise from the streets also in late hours. The best part of the apartment is its location, almost everything is within walking distance and also the metro is one minute's walk away and the central station 7 minutes away. 

You will share the apartment (living room, kitchen bathroom) with me and my fiance. I am a psychology student at UvA and he is working at a bar near our home. We are both really easy-going and social and like to have friends over for dinner and movie nights.

ps. We are both sober and we do not allow alcohol, tobacco or any type of drugs in the house
