About the place

Hello everyone, we are looking for someone to move in with us for until the end of January.
The room is available immediately to the end of january and the rent is 975EUR all inclusive. 
About the house: 
We are located in Mijehof close to Reigersbos and Holendrecht Metro stop. This means we are a bit further from the center but with metro 54 you are in the center in about 30minutes (less if you bike to the metro stop). Not living in the center also comes with some benefits:
-We live in a very nice neighborhood with nature right out the front door
-The house is quite spacious with 2.5 bathrooms for 5 residents, a good sized living room and kitchen, a huge TV and even our own backyard/garden
-The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, Gas stove, Oven and Microwave 
-We have a washing machine
-The room in question is pretty big for Amsterdam standards and comes fully furnished

About your potential roommates 
We are all students in a creative field and are around 22 years old. We like to hang out in the living room and watch TV and if the weather is nice go to the park.
Overall we definitely live together not next to each other and do like to do stuff together.
