About the place

Hello everyone, we are looking for someone to move in with us for 6 months. 
The room is available from july 8th to the end of january and the rent is around 975EUR all inclusive. 
About the house: 
We are located in Mijehof close to Reigersbos and Holendrecht Metro stop. This means we are a bit further from the center but with metro 54 you are in the center in about 30minutes (less if you bike to the metro stop). Not living in the center also comes with some benefits:
-We live in a very nice neighborhood with nature right out the front door
-The house is quite spacious with 2.5 bathrooms for 5 residents, a good sized living room and kitchen, a huge TV and even our own backyard/garden
-The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, Gas stove, Oven and Microwave 
-We have a washing machine
-Registration is possible for the two indefinite rooms, the temporary room will
be a sublease

About us:
We Colin, Cregan and Finn are all fashion students at amfi. We are age 21-22 and from the US, Luxembourg and Germany. We like to to hang out in the living room and watch TV and if the weather is nice go to the park.
I (Finn) will be leaving and you'll live in my room. Next to Colin and Cregan we have two new housemates moving in (about the same age and also creative), so you'll live with four others.
