About the place

You will be sharing this large 3-floor house (130 m²) with three friendly housemates: a Swedish guy and an Argentine couple.

🛏️ Your room is on the 3rd floor, next to the bathroom with bathtub and the rooftop terrace.
🏠 The house has: front garden, backyard, covered parking, storage room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, and a rooftop terrace.

The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, glasses, fridge, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, etc.). There’s also a washing machine and dryer.

We don’t have strict house rules — we just rotate weekly for cleaning the common areas and keep our own spaces tidy. Only 1 guests are welcome to stay over occasionally.

🌳 Location: IJburg is quiet, green, and perfect for walking, cycling, or running. There are two small beaches just 3 minutes by bike. A bakery is one block away, a shopping center three blocks away. Tram and bus stops (Diemerparklaan) are 5 minutes walking, and Central Station is only 15 minutes by tram (20 minutes by bike).

📝 Lease: 6 months, with possibility to extend.
💶 Rent: €970 per month + €150 shared costs. Paid by bank transfer before the 1st of each month.
