About the place

On the beautiful quiet IJburg we offer a room of +/- 14 m2. The room is on the top floor (4th) and is adjacent to the balcony. Next to the room is our shared laundry room. In the room there is a base of a bed, wardrobe, TV and a small table. Only the wardrobe is an item that should remain in the room, the rest in negotiable. 

You will live together with one English-speaking student and two Dutch/English-speaking working full-time. In addition, two cats live there; Dunya and Dexter. 

We love a quiet home place. This means that we do not welcome visitors, do not throw parties and keep the house as clean as possible. We are looking for someone who fits this. It is also important that you get along well with pets.
