About the place

Hi, my name is Nico (23y).
I recently relocated from Spain for work reasons. After some time long looking for places i could secure this place. Its a pretty great house at leat one of the best i could find. Now i'm looking for someone to rent it with. 

Things that i look for:

- long term (I dont want to do this again)
- someone young 
- being spanish or italian is bonus points
- easy to be with.

I think its necessary that we get along well, its always better to share with a friend. I consider myself to be pretty chill and social. The costs an everything are not fixed, we would need to talk about this.
